About Me

I grew up in the picturesque Pacific Northwest. I traveled around the state all of my life. I have always been inspired by the beauty of this area and its rich history. I believe it has played a role in my imaginative creative process. The contrasts of the deep green trees and the bright sky in summer or the grey in winter are very different yet hold a beauty that is unique to the seasons in the Pacific Northwest.

I love the creative process. It is challenging and exciting. I enjoy seeing where the design will take me. I have designed Tattoos, T-shirts, and wall art. I have been creating and designing from the time I was a child. I am wanting to continue my artistic journey into Graphic design. I chose Graphic design because it is a broad field. It can range from advertising to company and product logos. My first experience in graphic design was in Highschool. I went to a take your daughter to work day and I was able to sit with the advertising group for the company my Mom worked for. It was exciting and inspiring to see the creative process of the group. I knew then that was the career I wanted to pursue. I am looking forward to attending Mount Hood Community College to pursue a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. I am excited to see where my career leads me once I have completed my education if it is my own business or as a contributing team member for a larger business.
